HR & Admin Associate

About the Role
We are looking for an organized and proactive HR & Admin Associate to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This role is primarily focused on administrative and office management functions, while also providing support for key HR activities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and enjoys creating efficient systems and processes that keep the workplace running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Management
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and company assets
Manage logistics for deliveries, shipments, and inventory
Maintain organized company records, files, and administrative documentation
Support company events, meetings, and internal activities
Assist with government permits, renewals, and administrative compliance requirements
HR Support
Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in monitoring attendance, leave records, and employee information
Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives
Finance & Administrative Support
Monitor petty cash and process reimbursements
Assist with invoice collection, purchase requests, and expense documentation
Coordinate with accounting and external service providers as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
At least 1–2 years of experience in Administration, Office Management, HR, or a similar role
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
