THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTER ROLE.
This is a SALES, concierge, SALES, client care and SALES agent role for a luxury spa.
110% ACOUNTABILITY IS REQUIRED.
YOU WILL BE REWARDED FOR YOUR DEDICATION TO TASKS. You will be released from payroll for poor performance.
Training is UNPAID. 3-5 days, Mock Calls & Final Testing prior to live client calling.
If approved: Probationary pay rate $5 USD, incremental pay raise to $6 is negotiable after 60 days of consistent high quality service.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
*Managing Warm-Hot Sales Leads in our custom software
*Answering Monitored Recorded Phone Lines
*Upselling In-Bound Calls
*Booking & Rescheduling Appointments
*Follow up and Feedback Calls
*Calendar and schedule management for Staff
*Office Supply Management
*Screening and Directing Calls
*Marketing Content Management
*Moderating Conference Calls
*Creating & Editing Documents
*Responding to Sales Inquiries
*Multi-Tasking Regularly
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE:
*Experience in the beauty and medical spa industry familiar with procedures or a fast learner
*Pleasant speaking in tone
*Willing and eager to help solve issues
*Trusting, dependable, reliable
*Ability to make effective decisions independently
*Must be computer savvy
*Required to work on hubstaff with time tracking, Slack for communications, Square for scheduling, Google Suite and OpenPhone for calls & texts
*Must speak clear fluent English with the ability to articulate their words.
*Must comprehend English with ease
*No noisy backgrounds.
*Clear functioning internet and headset
Minimum of 6-12 months experience in the beauty and medical spa industry is required.
Candidates must be available to work night shift hours from 12am to 8am.
