We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B software sales, experience working with international clients, and a proven ability to generate new business opportunities and close deals.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strategic client relationships, and is passionate about delivering technology solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for enterprise IT products and services.
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Manage a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent revenue growth.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Present and demonstrate the value of technology solutions that address clients’ business challenges and digital transformation goals.
Leverage existing professional networks and client relationships to generate qualified leads and opportunities.
Collaborate closely with technical, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure successful client engagements.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B software or IT solutions sales.
Proven experience selling to international or foreign clients.
Strong track record of managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions and value-based selling.
Existing network of clients or established business connections is highly preferred.
Preferred
Experience in consultative or solution-based selling.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Salesforce.
Exposure to Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications, D365, Sitecore, Boomi, AI Platforms, or related technologies.
