About the role

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Ascendion, a leading provider of customer-centric solutions, is seeking dynamic Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our rapidly growing team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will be the voice of our company, delivering high-quality support and building lasting relationships with our valued customers.

What you’ll be doing

Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
Resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently, providing personalized solutions
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contributing to process improvements
Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills
What we’re looking for

At least High School Graduate
Minimum 1 year of experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Adaptability and the willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
