We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Admin Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check, raise, and reconcile invoices
• Audit invoices for accuracy
• Follow up on unpaid invoices via email and phone calls
• Handle general administrative tasks
• Perform ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Organized and able to manage tasks independently
• Previous admin or invoicing experience is an advantage
Technical Requirements:
● Must have your own device, Windows 11 with antivirus software
● Must have a professional noise-cancellation headset.
● Internet: Stable and wired connection (minimum 20 MBPS download/upload) with backup internet connection.
● Security: Installed and updated antivirus software.
