Salary:

Starts from PHP 25,000, with the possibility of additional earnings for overtime and other benefits.

 

Working hours:

Friday to Tuesday, 08:00PM  to 05:00AM in Philippine Standard Time (GMT +8), with a one-hour lunch break.

 

Holidays:

You will receive paid time off on December 24th and 25th, a paid half-day off on December 31st and January 1st, as well as one week (5 working days) of sick leave or paid time off (PTO).

 

Summary:

This opportunity offers the flexibility of remote work with competitive compensation. While it provides financial and geographical freedom, it does require weekend availability.

 

This role primarily necessitates proficiency in English; additional skills can be acquired during the tenure.

 

Our team consists of six individuals who form a close-knit unit: the two co-founders hail from Europe, with one being British and the other Swiss. Additionally, we have four Filipinos contractors, who have diligently contributed for two years. The manager will serve as your mentor, providing comprehensive guidance. About the role:

We’re seeking a dedicated Digital Assistant for customer service support and data entry. Responsibilities include assisting customers via messaging and emails, as well as inputting data into our software system.

 

 

 

Skills and experience required:

Fluent in English.
No prior experience necessary. Our training ensures new hires excel in software and customer service.

 

We require a candidate who demonstrates proactive communication and consistently meets deadlines. Additionally, the ideal candidate should exhibit professionalism and strong organisational skills to efficiently manage tasks.
