Position Title: Chat Support Agent (Freelance)

Permanent WFH | Open for fresh graduates/no experience | FULL TIME

Provide real-time customer support via chat platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer queries through chat systems
Provide product/service information and resolve customer concerns
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency
Meet daily/weekly performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction)
Qualifications:

MUST HAVE Strong written communication skills in English (AU, UK, US)
Excellent fluency in English is required to deliver exceptional customer service
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
High school graduates, fresh grads welcome
No experience required
Must have device for remote work
Technical Requirements
1. Computer/Laptop:
• Minimum 8GB RAM
• Dual-core processor or higher (Intel i3/i5, AMD Ryzen, etc.)
• Windows 10 or higher / macOS
2. High-Speed Internet:
• Minimum 10 Mbps download and upload speed
• Wired (Ethernet) connection preferred over Wi-Fi
3. Webcam/Headset with Microphone
• Required for training sessions, video calls, and monitoring (as applicable)

Compensation (Freelance):

₱17k salary package + 13th month pay benefit

Schedule:

Work From Home, shifting 24/7
Must be available to work rotating day and night shifts within our 24/7 operation
Training onsite (IT Park, Cebu City) (2 weeks), then full WFH
Mandatory attendance at the 2-week onsite training programme in Cebu City is required
