Customer Service Representative (Remote | Graveyard Shift)

About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with at least 1 year of experience (BPO or Virtual Assistant). This is a pioneering remote project, ideal for professionals with excellent English communication skills (C1 level), strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering great service.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information
Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records
Use internal tools and systems to resolve issues
Collaborate with the team to ensure service excellence

Qualifications

✅ Minimum of 1 year CSR experience (BPO or VA)
✅ Strong knowledge of customer service best practices
✅ C1 level English communication (verbal and written)
✅ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
✅ Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs and online tools

Technical Requirements

Dual-monitor setup (Main PC/laptop + backup device)
Note: MacBooks are not allowed
Stable primary internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
Backup internet connection (e.g., prepaid or pocket WiFi)

Schedule & Compensation

Shift: Pacific Time (Graveyard in PH)
Hours: 40 hours/week (full-time)
Rate: Starting at $3.00 USD/hour
