General Responsibilities (Client Admin):
Prepare, review and complete assigned deliverables with highest level of accuracy and within a predetermined time set forth in the work allocation.
Senior Associate is responsible in ensuring all deliverables in the checklist/worklist are prepared and completed on agreed deadline.
All members should be aware of and must perform its duties in accordance to the standard procedure of a proper hand off both offshore and onshore.
Actively work with daily request/inquiries, ensuring stakeholders’ expectations are being met, in accordance with present policies and procedures.
Should be able to properly handle any noncritical and critical process-related issues and escalate on a timely manner to the supervisor or to any internal and external counterpart that may help fix and complete the task.
Actively manage daily emails and take action as needed in accordance with team protocols.
Support the team by acting as back up in the absence of team member/s.
Work closely with Process Lead and Manager for onboarding new transition processes, projects, and team member/s.
Assist and help associate team members in their technical development through continuous process training.
Help Team Leader & Process Lead in identifying, implementing, and participating across team initiative, including but not limited to process reviews whenever needed, maintenance of process documentations, sharing best practices and other relevant process improvements.
Core Duties and Responsibilities (Client Services)
Review and process cash wire instructions daily and ensure all information is accurately recorded and appropriately communicated to trade implementation team.
Perform daily reconciliation of records and promptly identify, investigate and communicate any discrepancies or breaks to both Offshore and Onshore Teams.
Manage client communications and maintain accurate records and management of client documentations in accordance with standard operating procedures and requirements.
Monitor, prioritize and complete client request with a high level of accuracy, quality and timeliness.
Manage high volume of email queries and effective prioritizing.
Qualification:
Minimum of 3 years of solid experience of relevant work such as Investment/Asset Management, Wealth Management or Private Banking environments.
Strong client relationship management capabilities
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets and portfolio management, preferably understand subscriptions and redemption work.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a deadline driven environment with minimal supervision
Strong analytical skills and numerical thought process.
Proficient in MS Office application.
