About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Associate (Non-Voice) to work office‑based in our ESL (English as a Second Language) training operations located in Cebu City.
This role is ideal for candidates who excel in email communication, enjoy supporting learners, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will interact with learners and coaches exclusively via email and online platforms (no calls) while ensuring smooth training coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Provide email-based customer support to ESL learners and coaches (non-voice)
Manage and update training schedules (rescheduling, conflicts, availability)
Respond to inquiries with clear, professional, and timely written communication
Support learners with login, platform, and connectivity issues
Coordinate with coaches and internal teams for issue resolution
Monitor attendance, absences, and training progress
Ensure learners meet training deadlines and completion requirements
Maintain accurate learner records and database updates
Escalate complex or urgent concerns appropriately
Support administrative and reporting tasks
Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
✔ Experience in email support, non-voice BPO, customer service, or admin roles is an advantage
✔ Excellent written English communication skills (grammar, clarity, tone)
✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Comfortable using email platforms, MS Office, and online systems
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
